I have a DELL Latitude CPi D266XT with a Samsung CD-Rom SCR-2438. The problem is that the cd-rom drive can play audio cds but can not open a data cd. How do I fix this?? Device Manager detects no problems. I don't have a manual for them. Help Please!! I'm just learning about computers. I searched for info. I'm trying but it's driving me crazy!! Thanks for your help!
