Define login script for users on Windows NT 4

I am trying to define a script to be run when any user login to the network, my newwork operating system is Windows NT 4.
I define the script as bat file under c:\winnt\system32\repl\import\spcripts\
after that i define in user managment - profile part - logoin script this bat file, but it did not work. it seems i have to define other field

It's simpler to stick the batch file in the \\servername\NETLOGON folder. Under each user's properties in the NT Domain User Manager, just type the filename of the script in the logon script field (not the path, it will add the \\servername\NETLOGON bit automatically)
