date/time properties error

Using NT 4 and when you log in on workstaion at admin you get the correct time for UK - BUT when you log in as student you get the US format any help in correcting this?

Windows NT is a profiles based OS. The most likely cause is that the default profile is set incorrectly everytime a user logs onto that machine for the 1st time his profile is created based on the default profile. You could try copying your Administrator accounts profile to the default profile and then remove all user profiles apart from Administrator.
