Whatis Datagram Reset Frequency, and how can I change it?

I have to NT servers, one is running at 100% CPU (See my other post below) and I when I looked at the system diagnostics, it listed it's Datagram Reset Frequency at 3,600

When I look at my proper machine, I notice it's running at 60. This was the only real discrepency.

Doing a search on Google for Datagram Reset Frequency points to a bunch of diagnostics printouts, all showing theirs to be 60, too.

I figure I can change it here and see what happens. But I don't know where to change it, don't see any references to it in the registry or anything.

Any ideas?
