I want create a bootable cd with ERD commander but it always say "ntldr not found".

That means the systems files are not in the CD. When you burn the CD, be sure you are using the "Create a booteable CD" option in your burning software, if not available, copy sys files from root dir to CD.
I recomend you to use Nero, it cand do it so easy.

This solved it for me. I used CDRWin and it worked great.
