Copying shared folders

OS: Windows NT 4 server
CPU/Ram: 192

Hi

We have an NT server with lots of shared folders, I have installed another HD and formatted as NTFS. How can I move all the shared folders to the new HD keeping the shared name and permissions?

Can I do that with Scopy or robocopy, what is the switch to do that..
