Hi Guy's apologies in advance for being a bit dim...just installed a new cd rewriter with the intention of copy my MANY floppy files to CD,
Have installed drivers etc got the cd 'working' (ie opening files from other cd's)
but when I try to transfer files from either floppy or from c drive (via floppy) I get the same 'the folder is marked a read only' message.
I've already checked the file attributes in proprties and the 'read only' box is unchecked.
Perhaps I need some 'burning' software such as Nero
to be able to do this?
Any advice or ideas before I resort to the universal tool (f***ing big hammer) would be
appreciated.
