How does one copy a program form one PC to another? I have the cable but I am at a total blank. any insight would be helpful.

If the PCs are networked, share the folder where the program resides and access that folder via the other PC.

If the PCs are stand-alone, use a ZIP drive/floppy disk/Proprietary software like Laplink
