Converting from static IPs to DHCP

you must remove static ip's off the network and register them with the DHCP server. If you need help e mail me i have a guide that can help you

The way I did it, was I looked at my Class C and realized that most of the static's I had set up were lower than 100 for the last octect. So I moved the couple that weren't, and I set up the DHCP server to give out addresses from 100-200. (I had less than 100 machines in that particular office). I then re-config'd all the machines at my leisure over to DHCP. Once I had done that, I kep the below 100 addresses for things like printers and servers and other devices that I didn't want to use DHCP.
