Partition Magic v6 converts it.
1 Start up the Win2k or NT system 2 install part magic 3 run the convert (will run in a console)
**** Operation (1 of 1) Converting partition: D:DRIVE D (FAT32, Primary volume, 14323.5 MB on Disk:2) To type: NTFS ****
Notes: Win9x can be patched to see NT (NTFSDOS) NT can not be patched to see fat32 (easily) (convert the drive but will loose win9x in process) Win2k/xP can see everything. Linux can see everything. (NTFS 5 has issues)

You are all stupid. NT4/5 have a convert command you run from dos kernel. Just type "convert X:\ FS:NTFS" X of course being the drive letter, and restart. *Slap*
