We have a small education network of 10 x NT4 workstations and 1 x NT Server . The server is the PDC as well as the DHCP server and all workstations are configured to use DHCP. The company have had broadband installed. The broadband connection uses a cisco 1601 router for connectivity. I have been asked to connect this small education network to the broadband router (the easy bit) and configure the network so all PC's have access to the internet (the unknown). The router was configured and tested by an outside agency and I have all the IP info for the router. What is the best method of connecting this network to the router and ultimately the internet?.

Reply:

Connect your Router to your live internet connection and a hub, from the hub, distribute connections to your server and your workstations.
