I work at a retail store that has PC's on a network. After a system crash(storm related), The manager was directed to change settings manually at server site, As a result we lost use of a PC on the network.

Says there is a configuration change and as result the NT OS cannot be loaded on this particular PC. What needs to be done?

What changes were made? That's where you should start. Is NT not permitted, or are you saying it will not install when attempting to install it? Why not try a repair?
