My Compaq 1600 Server won't boot. It just blinking every 6 seconds what must be the problem? HELP

I would call there tech support, it sounds like a raid problem

I have a 1600 that is doing the same exact thing. Every 6 seconds the disk access ligts come on and the power supply fan tries to start.

I've never seen this before
