Using Compaq sff with Fujitsu 10G HD. With alarming frequency boot up a machine and machine hags with following msg: Client MAC Addr: "mac address" DHCP:/ The machine is unable to continue booting. The only solution i have found is to buy a new HD, and reload all software. An other working soulution, so that I could boot up and at least take a ghost image?

Mac address refers to the NIC, not the HD, but DHCP gives out IP configurations to workstations. This too doesn't point to the HD. You say all works fine with another HD? I would say a full rebuild, (NT, drivers, programs) not a new image, should fix the problem.
