Client does not recognize printer o

CPU/Ram: 1ghz

I have a client pc running windows 98se, and for some
reason it will not recognize the network and will not
print because it thinks the printers are offline. I
can't access the server folders either. I know it is
connected to the network because Outlook still runs
fine. so bizarre. Any suggestions? I'm in desparate
need of some help. thanks.
