cidaemon.exe and cisvc.exe

Anyone know how to disable cidaemon.exe and cisvc.exe in Windows NT? They are causing my CPU usage to stay constantly above 90%.

They dont show up in the "services" like in Win2K.

Thanks for the help.

Go to my computer and right click on the (NTFS) drives. Click properties and uncheck "Allow Indexing Service to index this disk for fast file searching" in the General tab. Repeat for all your (NTFS) drives.
