Hi

I'm trying to setup a batch file on our network so, if a users logins, it will run a batch file which changes their DNS and TCP/IP address.

I have looked in the registry of a Windows 98 and Windows 2000 machine, they seem to store this info in a different registry.

How do I set it up so, if Windows 2000 login, it runs a different *.reg file than q windows 98 client machine

Not even sure if it will work if I just run the reg file.

Any comments

Ken
