How to do this on a Alpha station with NT4.0?
I get this error message on booting, is this due to weak battery?

The firmware has determined that system time is invalid. It will be reset to factory default values.
You can set the time to correct value by entering CMOS setup from AlphBIOS setup.

There should be a prompt that tells you how to get into the BIOS on reboot. Go in here and change the time.

If there isn't a prompt try to contact the manufacturer (or check their website) to see what will get you into BIOS. (ie F1, esc, Ctrl M, Etc....)
