I've heard alot of people ask this so many times, but as far as I know its only a one way convertion.I havent heard of any tools that are able to do this either.Try looking for something on Astalavista.com , but I seriously doubt it.
Partition Magic version 5 is said to include this option; otherwise you are into a copy from NTFS to FAT16 areas, then reformat the NTFS area back to FAT16 (with an awareness of the 2Gig limit per FAT16 partition...).

NT doesn't support this, as NTFS is vastly superior to FAT. Fat has a limit of 4Gb under NT and NTFS 16Eb (Exa Bytes)

when you have a FAT partition, you can change to a NTFS partition, but if you have a NTFS then the only way to get a FAT partition back is reinstalling NT. Because NTFS can see FAT but FAT can not see NTFS partition. Thats why when you have a Dual BOOt between windos 9x an NT OS, you have to use FAT partition.
