Can't see NTFS partition

Hi there...I reinstalled NT4 on a system that was partitioned thus: 10 GB HDD 1st 2GB FAT16, remaining 8GB NTFS. Now I reinstalled NT4 on the 2GB partition and created it as a NTFS partition and now can't see the 8GB NTFS partition with all my work on it. How can I get it back, disk administrator says it is unrecognized.

Summary: Quick note ... Raid 5 can only be used on equal NTFS partitions on no less than 3 seperate disks. Also, it can not contain the boot or system partition(S). Hope this helps!...
