Can't remove "computer browser" service from a PDC. Its Porperties buttom in Network is grey. Tried different account login including administrator but no help. Please help. Thank you very much!

Why would you want to do such a thing?
The computer browser service allows the PDC to monitor the other servers on the network, and assist you in managing them. You shouldn't remove it. It won't operate properly without it.

David,
I received your e-mail.
I'm not positive, but I believe that removing the network adapter (make sure you've got the drivers for it first), rebooting, then putting it back in, rebooting, will restore the browser service. It should prompt for the NT CD, and then read the files again.
If that doesn't work (or maybe before that), you can re-apply the service pack (6a is latest). That should also fix the service.
Your original post led me to believe that you only wanted to remove it, not that there was a problem with it and you needed to fix it.
Let me know the outcome.

Chase,
First let me thank you for your reply. Seems I need to tell whole story so you may clear how to help me.
1. Computer Browser service is running at both PDC and BDC (NT4.0, SP6a). All are login as administrator.
2. Found BDC keep reporting browser error 8011: The browser was unable to add the configuration parameter DOMAIN NAME.
3. Follow solution from MS Technet, http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q137/0/03.asp need to go into Computer browser Properities from PDC to remove domain name, however that button is grey so I can’t.
I tried reinstall SP6, or login by all accounts shown under profile, never work! Any idea? Not yet try your way that remove NIC, do I need to also remove NIC driver after remove hardware NIC?Thanks again!
David

No, don't even touch the hardware.
Just remove the NIC from the network neighborhood properties. That should force the system to think it's no longer connected, recall all the bindings, and tie everything together.
Just make sure you have the drivers handy, and the NT CD.
