i can't logon into my machine by any other user(guest,power user,other user and newly created user with any permission than administrator)than administrator. receiving error as "logon process, system process terminated unexpectedly" in blue screen and system shuts down while trying to logon by non-admin user.

Did you just install a Service Pack or any upgrades? What happened right before this error started happening?
It would help tremendously if you would post the STOP code error that's coming up.
