Can't logon locally / Domain - HELP

Hi to All,
Imediatly after logon system re-prompt with Alt+Ctrl+Del window do logon again.
This happens when try to logon locally with the Admin local account as well when try to connect to network domain with user or net admin accounts.
This behaviour came when try to rebbot after a virus and ad scan. Both are detect some problems.
Anyone have this experience ? Any solution available? I have conditions to remotelly edit the registry ...

You need a refresh of system files. Only starting the install and doing a repair can do this. Not something a registry entry is going to fix, in my opinion.
