can't install SiS6326 video card on win NT

I installed windows NT, but I'm stuck on the 16 colour set.I also can't find my video card. I downloaded a driver for the card but it's not listed and if I click other, it simply doesn't work ... Please help

Installed the driver, re-booted, and the display settings still have only 16 colors. Re-installed WinNT and Sevice Pack 6; same result. Moved the card to a different PCI slot, booted up and ensured the BIOS had PCI, and not AGP, and PnP was enabled; but no changes. The SIS 6326 driver is listed and the display type but nothing seems to work. any ideas?
