Can't install programs on a NT 4.0 workstation despite being logged on as local administrator. Had problem once before many moons ago can't recall the resolution any input woould be helpful.. thanks

If you are logged into a network, try not
logging into the network, but into the
machine locally...

not sure if that helps???
