Can't Download Roaming Profiles!!!

Hello! everybody have a problem. I Added user and setup his/her Roaming Profiles in the NT4 Server, When try to log-in to other workstation, it pops me a message.
"Detect Slow Network Connection, Can't download User profiles, use local profiles... etc."
What might co'z the problem my network connection is ok... I'm using 10Mbps...

Check the size of the profile .. sounds dumb.. however .. I had profiles which were over 300MB .. because the users were loading apps and files to their desktop...
