Can't delete files with roaming profiles

We have an NT server 4 with windows 2000 client machine and I have setup roaming profiles. But when the users login and save files to their own hidden share folders they can't delete the files afterwards.
I have checked it out on an windows 98 machine without any problems but not working on windows 2000.
When I take it off the roaming profiles I can delete without any problems.
