Can't access our web site from within our Domains

Our web site is accessable to everyone except us in our own office. The domain host says it must be that we can't access it through our own firewall, and to check the DNS settings. How do I go about this?
FYI, we have NT4 server, MSEXCHANGE server, and GNATbox.

First check your TCP/IP, DNS and WINS settings on your server. IF you're using DHCP then make sure you haven't blocked out a range that you're using.
Secondly right click on Network neighborhood, click on properties, protocols, tcp/ip, DNS and make sure that each unit has it's OWN name in the host section of DNS, your domain name in the domain section and the SERVER's DNS address in the search order, if you have more than one DNS server you can put more than one address in. To insure you don't have a net bios problem use nbtstat utility as a check nbtstat -a (remote name) and nbtstat -A (ipaddress) should give you an idea. You can get more info on NBTSTAT on an NT workstation if you click start/help.
