Hi, I can't access Internet Explorer, and My doc, My Comp., and control pannel, etc. When trying to access internet explorer, I receive a message that says: Internet Explorer has encountered an error and will close now. Details>>: Error Signature AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 ModName: tps108.dll ModVer: 0.3.1.9 offset: 000104d6 When going into My computer, My Documents, Control Panel, etc. I receive this message: The program has performed and illegal operatoin and will be shut down. If the problem persists, contact the program vedor. Details: Explorer has caused an invalid page fault in module TPS108.DLL at 017f: 100104d6. Registers: Eax02020078 CS=017f EIP=100104d6 .....etc. And after pressing the "close" button, another pop up comes up with a large yellow exclamation mark saying: An error has occured in internet explorer. Internet explorer will now close. If you continue to experience problems, please restart your computer (which I have done several times). These errors also come up when booting the computer. I have done lots of research, and have not found anything to help. Please, I am desperate for help!!! Backup using Command Prompt. then Reinstall windows.
