Cannot copy files

While trying to copy a file I get an error during the copy actually when it is almost done copying. "Cannot copy [filename:] cannot find the specified file. Make sure you specified the correct path and filename." The funny thing is that I am performing a drag and drop or copy/paste in windows explorer and the file starts to copy and almost finishes.
