cannot connect the network printer

Dear all, I have a NT workstation which is locally connected with a printer. Also, this printer is sharing for other users. But all users cannot view this sharing printer at network and cannot connect this printer as well.

Dear Chan: In order to provide a solution to your present printer(driver) problem, you must describe the characteristics of your print device. Is it installed with net work interface card(such as HP Jet laser)? If it is you need to install DLC. Please transmit more information about your print device. Thanks.
