Comment:

I uninstalled and then re-installed Easy CD Creator and Direct CD and now I get the following message on startup

"Cannot attach to driver CDUDF.SYS. Please make sure it is loaded." when attempting to start Direct CD or on boot up.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks
pyarl

try reappling your last service pack. Reappling the service pack will fix a number of issues and after a nonworking update should be the first thing to try.
