my username has the right to add workstations to the domain but it is not an administrative and account operator account .
while I am trying to add a windows 2000 workstation to the domain , I am getting a message that Logon name or bad password . In the other hand the username that I am using is OK .

When adding a W2K client to an NT Domain you will need to specify the domain your admin account is located to add your machine. ie.

Logon ID: domain\username
Password: password
