Comment:

I installed NT 4.0 on a workstation, upgraded it to sp6, and I was able to upgrade IE to 5.5.
However, I can't get onto the Internet. I get a message that says the page cannot be displayed.
I have set up the computer to access the internet through a proxy server, and I can ping the server but I can't get any further than that.

Never mind-I figured it out.
I didn't have the RPC service installed.
