have failures in startup of Firefox and internet explorer. Informs crashed. Can send and receive Emails. also can open browsers in safe mode. any Ideas please

Firefox has also the option to start in "Firefox safe mode". Ever tried that? You should find a shortcut in the start menu. Please send a reply, if you solved the problem !!!

Thanks. cannot find Firefox Safe Mode. However cannot open Home page of Firefox or Internet explorer. Have tried to uninstall fire fox and reinstall from another computer. But still cannot open. But Emails are still arriving and I can send them. But if there is a Web page atchmnt It will not connect?

Ok, you can create a new link on you desktop, for "firefox safe mode". Simply create a normal new link on the desktop for your firefox. When done, rightclick on the link and choose properties. Add -safe-mode to the line so that it looks like: "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -safe-mode Click ok and try to start that firefox in safe mode.
