Bridging two LAN cards

Does anyone know how to bridge two LAN cards on a PC running NT4 ? I saw this on a PC with WinXP and it was piece of cake. But how to make it on NT4 ?

It is called routing and if you do a google search on routing and NT I'll bet you come across a "how to"
