Comment:

I just installed a typing tutor program on a networked PC. When it prompted me to restart I clicked ok since all programs were shut down before instalation. When the computer began to boot back up I got a nice blue screen. It says "STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The windows logon process system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000080 (0x00000000 0x00000000).The system has been shut down.

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete. Contact your system adminstrator or tech support group.

Any suggestions????

Select last known good configuration
Select vga mode
Start the NT install and use repair [hope you have a erd]
Do a parallel install of NT so you can recover your data.
Do a overwrite of NT and be back at the beginning. Data will still be there but programs will have to be reinstalled and configured.
