Boot error

OS: WinNT SP6
CPU/Ram: P4/256MB

Without any reason one day after many days/weeks/months a PC does not boot the system (the error is: "WIN NT could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM HARDWARE Profile /Last Known Good Menu")

Any idea?

I had the same problem. I think mine may have stemmed from performing a hard shut down from Windows.
