There are still lots of NT4.0 server out there. I am about to administrate a NT4.0 machine. Are there any good books even to this day(10/2003)?

Mark Minasi (Sybex books) has probably some of the best NT4 books around (Workstation/Server).

e.g. "Mastering Windows NT4 Server" (or Workstation accordingly).

His W2K versions are similar. His XP versions are not so highly considered (at least for XP-Home edition; Bill Cowan (Que books) seems to have a better tome for XP-Home - according to reviewers.

Also the Sybex MCSE series may of interest (Workstation/Server/Server in the Enterprise books)? These latter may be in some second-hand stores these days? All can be borrowed from any half-decent library?

And a trawl around the www. will bring up all manner of resources.
