Situation: Novell Network running Netware 5, +/- 40 MS Windows NT 4.0 Workstation workstations, running Novell Client 4.70 and service pack 5

Problem:on some of the workstations, users frequently get a bluescreen in WORD:

1) on some computers: after saving or closing a file: STOP:0x0000000A (0x565308F0, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x80105475) IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL *** Address 80105475 has base at 80100000 - ntoskrnl.exe

2)on others: after trying to print a file
STOP:0x0000001E (0xC00000005, 0xFE07D384, 0x00000000, 0x00000028) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED *** Address FE07D384 has base at FE06D000 - HP3150DV.DLL

I've (re)installed servicepacks, Novell print patch (nt47pt2.exe), printer drivers and MS Office, but nothing helps. Microsoft Technet also didn't provide any answers.

Try reinstalling the NIC driver and/or update the NIC with the latest driver. When you say reinstall, do you mean you manually install the applications, drivers, etc. one by one, or do you mean you ghost/clone them?
