WinNT 4.0 SP5 Celeron 366 64Mb
After installing Cipher Net 1.1 net browser I got the blue screen at restart with the message: STOP: c000021a Fatal System Error
Blah,blah,blah
I do not have a repair disc. Is it possible to repair with a disc created on another computer ?

Did you try using the "Last known good configuration" option?

You can't use a repair disk created on another NT machine..:( One option is to install a 2nd copy of NT onto the PC i.e into c:\winnt2
this will at least give you access to the harddrive. Check MS website for a more complete ans to this one.

You can make the 3 Startup disks from any NT machine to at least start your computer.
But the Emergency repair disk "ERD" must be from the machine you want to repair. This saves you from a complete new install, that is if you can fix it once your in the hard drive.

Why dont you just insert the CD and boot the computer it will ask you if you wanna repaor the computer

Hi, reinstall as an overwrite on the same directory, it will fix the dlls
