Blue Screen and eapci40.sys

I have been getting the following blue screen error:
IRQ_NOT_LES_OR_EQUAL Address fcd07800 has base at fcd00000 - eapci40.sys
The error usually happens when I open a web site that palys a backgoung midi audio file. I am assuming it may be related to my SoundBlaster PCI-128 sound card.

Look at the resources in cp->multimedia->properties. See if you can change the resources around. It sounds like you have a port/irq/memory conflict. Try firing up winmsd (start->run->type winmsd) and checking out all the other resouces of all your peripherials and see if there is an overlap. Hope this helps
