I installed beyondexecv2.exe(for shutdown reasons) on a nt4server. I made a batch file such as: at 18 /every:m c:\winnt\beyondexcv2.exe \\CALC -f -d shutdown The service BeyondLogicRmtExecServer appear in Services as a manual one under System account. But an error is occur at running time(18): Invalid password or unknown user name for \\domain\ADMIN$ Conect as: Password: I tried the following syntax also: at 18 /every:m c:\winnt\beyondexcv2.exe \\CALC -s -f -d shutdown at 18 /every:m c:\winnt\beyondexcv2.exe \\CALC -u "Administrator" -p "password" -d shutdown The same problems! P.S.1 Of course I would like(eventually) to power off(I have NT4S with SP6a) but I just have C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32\HAL.DLL( from 1998 as I saw) and I do not see somewhere: hal.dll.softexex file as the guys from beyondexcv2 said? What is this? P.S.2 I remove beyondexecv2.exe with syntax: c:\winnt\beyondexcv2.exe \\CALC -r and I tryed to shutdown with a shutdown.exe utility also from beyondexecv2 site who run very well (before I installed beyonexecv2) even on that NT4SErver system and also on all PC's I have here,But I received a mesage: "The dynamic link library SHLWAPI.DLL could not be found in the specified path! Can I copy a SHLWAPI.DLL file from another computer with SP6a on this computer? At the site place they said to contact at: Craig.Peacock@beyondlogic.org but nobody there!Maybe too busy!
