OS: winxp / dos
CPU/Ram: p4 / 2gb
Model/Manufacturer: dell
Comment:
I need to copy a file to an shared drive on my server. The file will be backed up daily as a scheduled task. I need a batch file that will copy the file to a designated folder including a date/time stamp.

example:

orig = c:\filename.doc
after = t:\backup\filename_10_10_07_16_09.doc
(or some understandable variation)

any help would be greatly appreciated!
