Hai, When I am running a backup normal in sunday there is amessage like this: File \ron\M-H DEPT\FE HEAD\Label\Card\8MM model card.xls(Team 1)Winding.xls is corrupted. This file cannot be verified. Network disk drive has stopped responding. Backup set aborted. Backup completed on 7/8/01 at 4:34:37 PM. Backed up 17333 files in 1465 directories. One corrupted file was backed up. Processed 4,355,951,773 bytes in 2 hours, 23 minutes, and 50 seconds. Why can that be happen, my server is on 24 hours and when I try to open that file it still ok... I am use NT backup utility and Iam very cunfused about that.. Any suggestions will be helpfull Regards, Kang 2001

Try copying the file someplace else, deleting the original, then copying it back. That might help. Also check the file's permissions. HTH, Chase
