I am running NT 4.0 Server, SP6a. Someone set up the machine to automatically reboot. Do you know how to take this command out to prevent the machine from rebooting daily?

if it's rebooting because of a stop error, you can right-click on My Computer/Properties/Startup Shutdown tab/ and uncheck Automatically Reboot under the Recovery section.

Lets hope you aren't crashing daily.

Go to a cmd prompt and type at and hit enter.

Any scheduled jobs running? I suspect someone has schduled a script using shutdown.exe to restart the server daily.
