auto monitor shut off in Win NT 4.0

CPU/Ram: K6-2 500Mhz/280MB RAM

Is it possible to have the monitor shut off automatically in Windows NT 4.0? I thought for sure it had the option in the Display properties like other versions of Windows, but it's not there.

I was once known as PC Freak. I always hated that name.
