If you are in a corparate environment, you should get an Internet tracking package such as surfControl or any other of a number of tracking software packages. If you are talking about home or individual computers, there are child "monitors" that can be installed on the local workstation.

The beauty of programs like surfControl is they not only monitor the time but the sites, protocols, and so on. I can even track our Exchange server's activity on the Internet!

If you have more than 50 or so workstations, be sure to get a database tracking package that uses SQL.
