I an running Arcserve 2000 v7.0 Build 1086 on an NT4 server and it is setup to backup 3 separate domains. This has worked fine for many months and I have managed to overcome any problems that have arisen. However, I am now frequently getting error codes E6300 (SCSI port error) and E3714 (Unable to write to media) partway through a tape, which then locks the tapedrive. I have changed all the tapes to new ones and have cleaned the heads several times - all to no avail. Can anyone suggest what else I can try? Thanks
