Hi, I am taking on a Windows NT Terminal Server using ARC Serve IT backup software. It takes backup for the local and other WINNT clients. For one of the client, I am getting this error: W3073 Unable to logon as user. (USER=Administrator, EC=LOGON FAILURE). From the error it seems that it is an authentication problem, but it is not so. The backup goes thro fine, and and the time of verification of the contents of tape and source, it gives the above error. When I try to restore, it gives me the error: Unable to locate session no:13, where the session no13 is the sequence by which it is getting backed up. Thanks for your kind help. Regds, Sachin.
I want to know what's the different between the following in arc serve: 1. full backup 2. full backup (reset Archive Bit) 3. Incremental Backup 4. Differential Backup
